Food + Drink

All meals are included with your stay — a la carte breakfast each morning, a lunch box for a picnic anywhere on the grounds each afternoon, and a seated dinner each night, including an extra-special Saturday Supper with a multi-course chef’s tasting menu. In addition, our Treehouse Lounge will be open daily, with a complimentary mid-afternoon snack (as well as specialty cocktails, beer, and wine available for purchase.)

The Canteen is also open daily, where guests can purchase espresso drinks, goodies and drinks. Guests can also enjoy their in-room minibar for a selection of our favorite craft beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase.

• The Winter Igloos – Enjoy majestic winter views from the coziness of our new toasty, crystal-clear igloos that will be set for private dinners and cocktail hours in three spectacular locations.  
• Speciality Cedar Lakes Classes with a nostalgic touch (and a boozy twist) like Have Your Pie, and Drink It Too, Dad Jokes, Chocolate, + Whiskey, and Mixology.
• Curated Outdoor Experiences like Ice Fishing, guided Campfire Hikes, and Maple Sugaring.

A Day in the Life

Wake up with the sun and join us for Fishing (or Ice Fishing when weather permits). We’ll bring the piping hot coffee, bait, and supplies…and the snackle box, of course.

Or have a relaxing morning, enjoy breakfast, and then join us for Snow Mobiling on our open fields lined with snow-covered pine trees, or snuggle up with a puzzle and specialty latte in the Canteen.

Treat yourself to a massage in our pop-up fireside spa, or get toasty and try your hand at Stitch ‘n Bitch (be warned: this not your grandmother’s cross-stitch). Hone your skills with one of our Head Chefs at one of our cooking classes or enjoy Mixology Class with our Bar Manager. 

Head to dinner next to the roaring fire in the Pavilion, and close out the night with Dad Jokes, Chocolate, + Whiskey in the Canteen. Get the best night’s sleep in the most comfortable bed you’ll ever sleep in, and wake up to do it all again.

Saturday Suppers

Saturdays from November through April

Join us for the most special dining experience (almost) every Saturday all winter long. The tables are communal, the music is groovy, the fire is roaring, and the food is spectacular. It’s the best place to be on a chilly Saturday night.

Saturday Supper tickets are included for our hotel guests, however, you do not need to be a cottage guest to join us for the evening. Tickets are available for purchase by non-hotel guests here.

Dinner will begin at 7:00pm. This experience typically lasts 2-3 hours. Our extensive wine list and full bar will be available for purchase throughout dinner.

• $95 per person (+ tax) for non-hotel guests
• Beer, wine, and cocktails available for purchase
• This is a fun and fancy-ish dinner, so please dress + pack accordingly

Holiday Weekends

Elevate Your Holiday Experience at Cedar Lakes Estate

Celebrate your holidays with us this year! Join us for a long weekend in one of our charming cottages and enjoy time to relax and soak in the festive splendor on our 500 bucolic acres. We’ll take care of all of the details so you can just enjoy your time with your loved ones.

Our holiday events are open to hotel and off-site guests looking to have a special celebration with us.

Please note – There is a two-night minimum for weekend stays. We are closed for overnight stays on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Our Getaways are available starting November 22nd, 2023.

We will be OPEN every day from February 14 – 26 for winter recess.

We will be CLOSED January 4th – 8th, 2024 and February 29th – March 4th, 2024 for private events.

Come enjoy the property as early as noon; start with a tour of the property, and get settled in your room by 4pm. Check out is at 11am.
